//The end.

"My heart will never stop hurting, will it ever get better?"
the waves crash lightly on the shore, and the sand is getting colder,
no answer from the things around our little universe here in this place where the soft wind blows.

[[ This is how I want to end it, but my ending is really the beignning of 'Miles away' it's the continuation of Billionaire Champagne, but it includes the story of Charalotte's son

 Zetsubou who has issues of his own, with carrying the guilt of his father's death and also that his apperance has made it hard to his mother to get attached to him because despite having a twin Zetsubou looks much more like Haruka than Adagio. Adagio the other twin is mute  and a painter, he actually becomes an art teacher and goes off to marry Seiko's daughter after complicated relationship with Zetsubou whom also struggles with love as he isn't sure 'how to love' anyone, and when he does fall in love with someone to his surprise it happens to be a man, who quickly becomes his muse, but things get complicated as he is on the verge of stardom though he wants to remain indies various things happen that make him go mainstream.

Charlotte's story picks up as she is being interviewed and she tells us about the marriage with Shou and the rumours of her having his child, she says there is no comment for that people can believe what they want, she leaves the interview revealing that Zetsubou Nation is having a reunion tour proceeding the Happy Swing International Festival being held in Los Angeles.
We learn that Chara had married Shou (which was hinted at in the last book and we get flashback scenes) but Shou is overly worried that she will never love him as much as she loved Haruka, and as the (they were together for two years) years pass by and Chara moves to L.A. with Shou, but after their divorce he moves back to Japan giving her the house in L.A. in hopes that she will stay away from Haruka's grave and from Japan. Because there is a secret he has been hiding from her since the funeral.

Shou's story is just a small interlude but he takes us back to a night in Los Angeles, when he has just broken up with Karen in hopes of getting with Asami a very pretty girl whom he wants to sleep with when his friend escorts him to his apartment on the way to get booze for the party they just left when she asks him out, he recalles feeling bad but having to firmly reject her as he didn't see her as potential love interest, it is only after he rejects her that as days go by he begins to become aware of her, and childish features he used to relate to her become feminine and beautiful, it is when he is sure of his feelings for her being more than wanting to sleep with her that he moves in to ask her out however he is blindsided by the announcement of his childhood friend seranading her that his unrequittd love begins and he sits on the sidelines watching 'his romance' blossom with another man in his place. That is as he calls it in many of his songs 'the great regret of my life' and an event that drives him to write countless songs about her pushing his artisic and musical boundaries and really one of the mani factors in Glorious' success. His story progresses to include all his regrets, Chara's miscarriage, his sham wedding to Mika, his fights with Mika, his stalking of Chara, and stealing a kiss from her when she passed out in his arms after she found out that Haruka had a drunk one night stand with an Icelantic pop star Yelle. His story then includes a conversation Haruka had found out and confronted Shou about his feelings for his wife,  Shou admits to everything and regrets nothing,  except rejecting her, they have a long conversation that leads to them punching eachother once with accusations, they laugh about it and promise to remain 'brothers'. The tsunami happens, Shou recieves a call three weeks after Haruka is pronounced lost as sea/dead. It is a hospital in New Zealand that has recieved many cases from Japan of unidentified people, however this one has been identified and as soon as they contacted Japan lawyers showed up at Shou's and took him to New Zealand where he recieved a letter from Haruka informing him of his odd will should he ever beomce vegabled. He says, 'you decide whether to keep me alive or  take me off the breathing aparatus, I want what is best for Charalotte, and instead of her wasting away by my side, I want her to live her life without me in ot, she should have a right to move on." the problem with this is that Chara is destroyed after Haruka's death so much that nothing affects her when she 'goes crazy.'  Shou decides to keep Haruka on life support and visits him every month bringing him news, talking to him hoping he will wake up some fay. Meanwhile he can't help it and after a year he confesses his long love to Chara, she accepts him and they are married, however thigns get harder and their friends and family do not approve of their relationship which makes Chara depressed and a little crazy it is close to Layla's due date that Chara attempts to kill herself. Outraged at Chara's craziness he throws in the towel and takes Layla away from Charlotte she gives up her parental rights to her and Shou returns to Mika whom he is certain is the only woman who has ever loved him, Mika accepts him but refuses to accept Layla, slowly she grows on her and soon she can tolorate her because as she ages Layla looks more like Shou than Chara. They become a happy family.,

In the end of this book the conclusion happens, Haruka wakes up from his coma, Chara finds out that Yelle has had Haruka child and he looks just like Zestubou another copy of Haruka, Haruka deals with all the present has for him but he remains in love with Chara despite everything that has happened, because he's never been sleeping he's been constantly loving Chara.
The book ends with a message I want to convey, that Love is a rare and powerful thing, and it is always beautiful and we will all eventually find it with faith, friendship and hope.

I met you that day, I lost my mind, I found my heart, and I could breathe again, calmly.

 I was never a fan of what people call ' soul mates .' In fact, I never believed the concept had any standing in the real world. It's a fantasy that people tell each other, like there really is one person curated for our every wish and want and need. I think we have a say in this world, not a soul mate, but a person, tangible and grounded, and on that ground we find that ours is even, not a mound or a hole around us, and we can walk together on that path. The souls we seek are like this, on the same path, and they are our chosen family. I think that's a stronger bond, family, I haven't had the best relationships with my own kin, but my friends and him ...I think I chose them as my family. I wasn't used to the type of attention Masake bestowed upon me, I wondered if it was my voice, people seemed to be captivated by it, I'm grateful for that, but is that what he was after? Perhaps it was my body that attracted him to me, I am on the heavier side of a medium ...

// "The Color of your Eyes, yeah, that Sweet Demise"

Second stop. - Azayama Blitz. Two weeks on the road. Two days here. After the argument I got into with Haruka I've been avoiding him so after the train arrived at the station I just stuck behind Tomo. Seiko had been hanging out with Glorious Jane because she doesn't really care about what the fans or the media thinks and since this is a mix festival with five stops  it would be normal for all of us to be together and talking, but I didn't want to talk.  I just wanted to be left alone, and with Tomo he always seems to give me that but in an aware state.  On the train he let me lean against him and he listening to music and read a book because he can't sleep on trains, the entire time I looked out the window and read some fan mail on my phone. I am appreciative of the fans, but recently I've been getting a lot of hate mail from Masake's fans and my own. A very popular phrase in these messages is "Stupid Bitch," and "Junkie". The rumor was...

// I wish time would stand still, me like this, you like that."

I remembered not so long ago, I read a comment a friend made of me and of Haruka, she called him my Terry. I didn't understand it, until I asked Seiko, Seiko threw her entire collection of Candy Candy on my lap and I read them gradually as we toured in Hokkaido. I understood it then, that he was Terry, because he was just like him, his role in my life, but... did that make me Candy? Or Susannah? Because he stayed with Susannah? The reason I'm with Haruka now has nothing to do with him being guilty of me, what of? But, If I'm Candy, does that mean...that I'll lose him some day? Why didn't she run to Terry when she saw him on that stage? Why did it matter tht he had to stay with the girl who black mailed him into marrying her? Why? I do not understand it, if she really loved him she would have let him go, but i guess that's what Candy did, she let him go, because she loved him, because she felt guilty, because she felt her love reflected in another. the...
